A previous release of Redbank Emily Brut Cuvee was awarded Tyson Stelzer's 'Best Value Sparkling Wine Under $20' - and we still agree!

The 'Emily' King Valley sparkling wine is pale straw in colour with golden green tints. The nose is delicate and fruit driven with aromas of creamy apple pie, citrus zest, white nougat and pear. A faint peppery grapefruit note leads to an attractive cashew and yeast complexity from extended maturation on lees. The palate is crisp and fresh with green apple, lemon and cashew. There is a creamy texture on the mid palate from time on lees which complements the fine line of green pear and citrus acidity, leading to a refreshing and dry finish.

    Refreshing and crisp. Good value for money!

    Didn't impress me from the first sip, but the second sip made me eat my words. It opened up as an easy drink with subtle citrusy notes. Highly recommend for a summery light dinner. Goes well with seafood, fruits and light creamy cheeses.

    Dry, crisp and flavoursome with a pleasing amount of bubbles. An excellent (and affordable) refreshing celebratory sparkling wine.

    A terrific aperitif on a balmy spring/summer day. Good depth of citrus and Granny Smith tang integrating well with the ideally textured pinot noir contribution.

    A fresh taste of chardonnay with mouthwatering citrus with creamy nutiness of the Pinot Noir produces a sparkling wine punching well above its weight... the price bracket is an extra attraction. It is a welcome aperitif to a midsummer barbecue.

    Redbank Emily is a great tasting Australian sparkling wine that is such good quality for the price. It’s not easy to find so kudos to Our Cellar for stocking this beautiful fruity fizz, all my girlfriends love it and you will too!
