Quilty & Gransden from Orange, NSW produce elegant cool climate wines, and this Chardonnay is just that. Not too heavy on the oak, you'll find peaches and cream on the nose that follows though to the palate, with a hint of vanilla. Light and fresh, this Chardonnay makes a great aperitif or accompaniment to light seafood or chicken dishes.
