A prestigious clear double malt beer with an alcohol content of 6.6%, this beer is the result of a careful, scrupulous selection of the most noble qualities of aromatic hops, yeast and a spring variety of distichous barley named "cherie". Ingredients are chosen with great attention and the experience of long-standing brewers

    This is my favourite beer. Peroni Red is one of the best tasting lagers available and the Doppio Malto is even better. It has a fantastic rich malt flavour balanced with a refreshing lager experience. Be warned... @ 6.6% avb, it can put you on your bum quickly.

    My all time favourite beer

    I was recommended to this beer by a friend and didn't expect too much. But he was right, this is a great beer. The pleasing shape of the bottle is surpassed only by the taste of the beer within. Very nice indeed. One of life's pleasures and I keep some in the fridge always.
