Vintage 2018

Mogul Rare Diamond is a blend of 67% Shiraz and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Lower Murray, Langhorne Creek & Wrattonbully areas of South Australia.

Rich ruby red in colour, this is a silky smooth blend with subtle tannins, earthy aromas and juicy flavours of dark berries. Vanilla and chocolate notes coupled with hints of blackberries and spice on the palate.

"A splendid blend of shiraz and cabernet, the inviting bouquet shows dark plum, spiced cherry, smoked game, thyme and hazelnut characters. The palate displays succulent fruit intensity together with plump mouthfeel and silky texture beautifully wrapped in rounded tannins, making it gorgeously drinkable.     Such a great every day drinking wine. Plenty of depth of flavour and such a smooth wine. Lucky us for the order being cancelled. Do yourself a favour - try this wine! Great value for money.

    Deep rich red colour, with a a flavour that you will remember. The winemaker has struck a rich vein of GOLD with this vintage. Not to be missed.

    Smooth SA Red Blend

    Very smooth 2018 SA red blend, goes down very well, no sharp alcohol pinch, more like a merlot despite the blend. Great with a steak or tomato based pasta sauce. Do not believe it to be award winning, just a modest palatable wine. May have good cellaring potential.

    The Mogul red is delicious, rich texture, velvety smooth and full of flavour. It would go with any substantial dish and also with flavoursome cheese. Any more on offer?

    A cancelled export order doesn't always equate to good wine but this one certainly does. And at this price it is a bargain. Think I better order some more.

    Great value full bodied shiraz cabernet wine - excellent with red meat. Would expect to pay almost double the price for a wine of this quality- will buy again
