Hinton's Hundred Coonawarra Shiraz has rich aromas of ripe plums and blueberries. The palate is well-structure yet elegant with flavours of red currants and cherries. The tannins are fine and provide excellent length with a hint of classic Coonawarra cool climate spice to finish.
When Henry Hinton purchased 100 acres of farmland in the place we now call Coonawarra, little did he know it would one day hold a reputation as one of the world’s finest wine regions. With cool Southern Ocean breezes and iconic Terra Rossa soil, Hinton’s Hundred has established a reputation for creating exceptional wines.
