Winemakers : Mark Thwaites & Stuart Leece Made from fruit grown in vineyards operated under ACO certified organic practices, this Shiraz is sure to delight.
Vineyards : ACO Certified flat red soil. Winemaking : Matured for 9 months in older American oak. Appearance Deep plum red. Nose Red berries dominate, some vanilla roundness.
Palate: Dark fruit is supported by moderate tannins and a gentle return of the white pepper, a medium finish with lingering mulberry notes. The vineyard experiences warm daytime temperatures ensure ripe and plush fruit flavours while, cooler evening temperatures help to preserve a mild acidity which provides balance.
