Elephant In The Room Prodigious Pinot Gris is just that, impressive in size and flavour. On the nose you'll find apple, citrus and grilled nuts with hints of floral and spice. The palate is round and expressive with a crisp and fresh finish. It's a very versatile wine that will pair well with many dishes, but especially fish and pork.
