Vintage 2022
A welcome return to the Cellar Door for our very limited production Chardonnay; produced from the tiny yields of our 80+ year old vines grown at Watervale. The conditions of 2022 were mild and cool, affording us the luxury of crisp natural acidity and tight aromatics; the wine has been given a partial malo-lactic fermentation contributing a softness to the palate. Light French oak adds further complexity - a wine made for food!
