The Black Shiraz is a bold example of Australian Shiraz with deep colour and aromas of blackberry and plum over toasty vanillin and spicy oak. The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich plum, blueberry and mocha notes. The tannins are ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate.

    While it’s favoursome it will need 5 years to make it drinkable!

    Bottled voluptuousness

    This is a typical Durif. Full-bodied and powerful. Whilst it is pleasant enough to drink now, Don't! Put a case away and don't open a bottle until 5 years time. Then one each year thereafter. It should become wonderfully smooth. It is a really voluptuous wine.
