From Ay in Champagne, in the Brut style the Ayala Majeur is a full-bodied Champagne displayimg rich flavours coming from Pinot Noir. There is a lot of intensity in this Champagne but is well balanced thanks to the Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier blend.

One of the original twenty-six Grandes Marques Champagne Houses, the noble history of Champagne Ayala dates back to 1860, when Edmond de Ayala received the magnificent Chateau as the dowry for his wedding.     We heard “Baby Bollinger”, but probably better.
