Review: "The Brut Elite range can be compared to ‘non vintage’ champagne but with four years ageing in bottle on its yeast lees, it has more in common with vintage champagnes at twice the price. The Cuvee 1801 (mostly from the 2018 vintage), has a particularly fine bead of persistent bubbles. The mouthfeel is delicate and finessed with a steely mineral-dry finish, yet it offers abundant flavours of fruit and savoury yeasty richness.
