The 'Hard' Chardonnay from 19 Crimes honours the brave contributions of the women banished to Australia with the boldest expression of Chardonnay they could make. This full-bodied Chardonnay displays ripe stone fruit flavours with hints of spice and honey with toasty oak. The finish is long and creamy with notes of butterscotch and vanilla.

    I had never heard of this one but as a chardy lover thought I would give it a go. Not really my chardonnay style (a bit too oaky). Not bad though.

    Lovely creamy, buttery richness with some ripe fruit notes. Fuller more older style Chardonnay.
